This policy has been designed to ensure that our products are sold through reputable, authorized channels, providing a consistent and high-quality experience for consumers. The goal is to strengthen brand trust, prevent the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized products, and protect both our brand and our retailers from potential issues related to unauthorized online sellers.

Key Highlights of the Online Authorized Seller Policy:

Authorized Sales Channels: Only retailers who have been officially authorized by Zoo Med Laboratories to sell our products online will be allowed to list and sell them on e-commerce platforms.
Compliance Requirements: Online Authorized Sellers must meet specific compliance guidelines, which include ensuring their online stores are up to date with accurate product listings and customer service.
Monitoring and Enforcement: Zoo Med Laboratories will monitor online sales activity and take action against any unauthorized online sellers to protect our brand’s reputation and ensure the authenticity of the products sold.
